Subscription Policy

Subscribe & Save

When you subscribe to The NOZRA Set, every order costs 20% less than the one-time price, including your first. You choose how often it arrives: every month, every 60 days or every 90 days. Your plan, frequency and price are shown at checkout and in your order confirmation email.

Billing

Your first order is charged at checkout. After that, we charge the payment method on file automatically on each renewal date, based on the frequency you chose. By subscribing, you authorize these recurring charges.

Renewal

Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel it. Keep your payment method and shipping address up to date in your account so your orders go through.

Managing and cancelling

You can pause, skip a delivery or cancel at any time from Manage subscription in your account, or by emailing contact@nozra.co. To avoid being charged for your next order, cancel at least 1 day before your renewal date. Cancelling stops future orders. An order that has already been charged ships as normal. To change how often your order arrives, email us and we will update it.

Refunds

Subscription orders follow our Refund policy. Opened sticks cannot be returned, sealed and unused orders can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price, and damaged orders are refunded in full. If you think a charge is wrong, email us within 7 days and we will look into it.

Shipping

Each subscription order ships under our Shipping policy: free in the United States, with a flat $7.99 charge for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands and APO/FPO addresses. Please keep your shipping address current. We cannot be responsible for orders sent to an address that was out of date.

Changes to your subscription

We may change subscription prices or plans. If a change affects your subscription, we will email you before it applies, so you can cancel first if you wish.
