What is a nasal stick?
A pocket-sized stick, also called a nasal inhaler, with scented cotton cores inside. Hold it just under your nose and breathe in. Most nasal sticks carry one core. NOZRA's carry two, each double-filled, so the scent hits harder and lasts longer.
How is it different from a diffuser?
A diffuser waters the oil down and fills the whole room. An inhaler is personal: a concentrated breath of scent that only you get, wherever you are.
What does it feel like?
A cold menthol rush first, then the scent. It's a reset through your senses, not a caffeine hit, so there are no jitters and no crash.
How long does one stick last?
One to two months of daily use. Kept capped, the scent holds for months.
Are the scents natural?
Yes. Pure essential oils and natural extracts in sunflower oil. Nothing synthetic.
What if I don't like a scent?
You don't pick one blind. The Set holds all four, and this page shows what each one smells like.
How often can I use it?
As often as you like. There's no dose to track. Some reach for it a few times a day, some only before bed.
Is this a medicine?
No. NOZRA is an aromatherapy stick: a scent ritual, not a drug. It isn't meant to treat or prevent any condition.
Can I use it while pregnant?
Some essential oils aren't recommended during pregnancy. Check with your doctor first.
