Refund policy

Returns

NOZRA aromatherapy sticks are personal-care items. Once a stick has been opened or used we cannot accept it back, resell it, or refund it. This is the standard practice for fragrance, cosmetics, and other personal-care products, and it exists for hygiene reasons.

Unopened orders

If your order is still sealed and unused, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Write to us first so we can confirm the return.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 30 days and we will refund it in full. If it is faulty or not what you ordered, contact us within 30 days and we will make it right with a replacement or a refund. Photographs help us sort it out quickly.
